As a window cleaning technician at Vitres.net, you will be responsible for providing exceptional window cleaning services to our customers across Quebec. You will be expected to demonstrate expertise in the use of specialized equipment, ensure safe handling of equipment and maintain high standards of quality to ensure customer satisfaction. Customer service is also very important like customer experience and our #1 value.
We welcome candidates with no prior experience in window washing, as we offer comprehensive training from A to Z to equip them to master the essential techniques of the trade. Although experience is not required, any previous window washing experience will be considered an asset. Our priority is to recruit motivated, eager-to-learn individuals with a positive attitude, high motivation and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers. The ability to work collaboratively within the team is also crucial.

As a rope access technician at Vitres.net, you'll be responsible for providing a safe, efficient and high-quality window cleaning service to our customers across Quebec. You'll need to master the techniques of working at height, use specialized equipment safely, and comply with the strictest safety and quality standards. Your role will also require rigor, attention to detail and excellent customer service, because the customer experience is our top priority.
We are looking for candidates who are SPRAT or IRATA certified, or who are willing to obtain these certifications. These accreditations are essential to ensure that our technicians have the necessary skills in safety and working at height techniques. If you are not yet certified, we will support you in obtaining these qualifications, ensuring your expertise and compliance with the most stringent industry standards.

As an operations intern at Vitres.net, you will actively participate in the daily management of operations. The sales stage is the first point of contact with the customer to ensure that they have an extraordinary customer experience.

For the window cleaning technician position, yes it is mandatory. For the sales representative position, no, but you must go in person every day to the Trois-Rivières office.
The interview will take place by videoconference with the director of the department of the position for which you are applying. The link will be sent to you directly and will take place on Google Meets. You can download the application on your cell phone or do it directly on the computer.
