You will need to build strong relationships with customers, understand their specific needs, and convincingly present the benefits of our services. The sales stage is the first point of contact with the customer to ensure that they have an extraordinary customer experience.

You will be expected to demonstrate expertise in the use of specialized equipment, ensure safe handling of equipment and maintain high standards of quality to ensure customer satisfaction. EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED
We welcome candidates with no prior experience in window washing, as we offer comprehensive training from A to Z to equip them to master the essential techniques of the trade. Although experience is not required, any previous window washing experience will be considered an asset. The ability to work collaboratively within the team is also crucial.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DO I NEED TO HAVE A DRIVING LICENSE?
For the window cleaning technician position, yes it is mandatory. For the sales representative position, no, but you must go in person every day to the Trois-Rivières office.
HOW DOES THE INTERVIEW WORK?
The interview will take place by videoconference with the director of the department of the position for which you are applying. The link will be sent to you directly and will take place on Google Meets. You can download the application on your cell phone or do it directly on the computer.
